People and Bodybuilders eat WAY too much protein- that causes disease!

How much breast milk a baby drinks… and how enormously they grow from that. Yeah, that’s a good example. Protein in breast milk? One to five percent, max. A little variation, but still very low. The rest? Small percentage of fats, and mostly sugar. Whatever you want to call it… hydrogen, you know me. There are nine kinds. You have to make everything in your body from this. If you don’t have it, you’re done. How do you produce it in your intestine? If you have the bacteria, you can. Some people are sensitive, some get it prematurely, others don’t get it easily. That’s another story. Now, colostrum. That’s big. Comes before breast milk. Very unique. Nothing else like it. Zero. It contains molecules that have to be there. Combines with serum to form a surfactant. The surfactant in a crab, fish, insect, reptile, or mammal? Totally different from ours. Fact. If someone consumed a surfactant that didn’t belong, it couldn’t be broken down at all. Same with certain glyco-neuraminic acids. Colostrum and milk are abundant in these immunological substances. Called vitamin L — life hydrate. It’s a complex, like vitamin C. You can’t have other vitamins without it. Makes everything else work. Contains micronutrients — tyrosine, phenylalanine, aromatic amino acids. Nature designed it to be useful, but it has to have Z-potential. Z-potential? Something has to slip through without being attracted to the surrounding field. Pores are 10 to 40 nanometers wide. Also amphoteric, amphophilic, permittivity — all-philic. Straight with nature. No argument for something unnatural. Synthetic hormones? Poisonous. Off the chart wrong. Medium-chain triglycerides are extraordinary. Intimately active. No better metabolic pathway. Clean. Protein powders? Off the chart wrong. Toxic. Not needed. MCTs behave like hydrogen. Remarkable. Can carry micronutrients. Brain fuel. Structural material for nerves. Saturated, stable fats. Converts into essential fats. Extraordinary. Most people don’t realize a seed is a fruit. Life colloids are misunderstood. Zero understanding. Start with organisms. Look at medicinal value. Garlic and cabbage? Not magic. Life colloids inside them are. There are about 15 life colloids in the proper MCT formula. That’s the value. Secrets of life, right there in the intestine. Life colloids consume material, turn it into themselves, produce about 26 grams of usable protein per person per day. That’s how muscle is built. Everything else? Defecated out. Or fatted protein — disastrous. Life food builds life. Dead food builds death. Bodybuilders don’t make muscle from what they eat — only from life-colloid protein. Rest is overkill. The real questions: Are you building muscle? Strength? Flexibility? Fast-twitch, slow-twitch fibers. Different sports require different fibers. Training must match the sport. Nutrition must be clean. No toxins. Dead food is serimidated, denatured. Amino acids imbalanced. Only certain fermented amino acids are useful. Others are problematic. Excess phenylalanine without B-vitamins? Dangerous. Most people don’t even know what B-7 is. Processed food destroys Z-potential. The body must manufacture everything from scratch. Stress. Red blood corpuscles are potent. You’re born with a set number of cells. They grow and differentiate. Colostrum and breast milk provide exact ratios for growth. That’s what MCT life-food formulas mimic. Red blood cells? Not made by mitosis. Aggregation, fusion, differentiation, polymerization — assisted by two organisms. One forms structural material, the other vascular material. Double-spored. Mobile. Totipotent. Migrate where needed. Differentiate on site. Muscle growth happens when red blood corpuscles are drawn into actin and myosin filaments. Few heavy reps trigger the process. Rest matters. That’s how muscle fibers grow. No mitosis. None. Unsupported idea. Human growth hormone? Produced if food doesn’t overstimulate insulin. Dead food? Doesn’t work. Life food does. Excess protein triggers secondary toxic pathways. Clean fuel avoids that. Protein can be synthesized endogenously — endoplasmic reticulum, endothelial tissue. Cells are communities of life colloids, mutual assistance. That’s nature. And that’s the context everything else sits in.
